Bucharest: spring in January :: Walking in Herestrau park, I was very surprised to see a monument with a very familiar face. When I came closer the suspicion was confirmed. It was Taras Shevchenko, there is even an inscription in Cyrillic.

Berlin: Humboldthain park :: The Humboldthain park at the Gesundbrunnen subway station is special, because there is a former Hitler's bunker inside it, and also a rose garden. Though not only roses are there. There are other flowers as well, just like the bush you can see on this one.

Strasse des 17. Juni. In the end of the street there is a column erected in honour of the victories of the Prussian army. The name of the monument is Siegessaeule.	Steamers under the bridge in Tiergarten. rating: excellent [1]	The South African party we occasionally found in the park. DJ.	Kaiser-Wilheim-II-Kirche, heavily damaged during the 2nd World War. It was left in this state on the central street of West Berlin for rememberance.
