[ 2nd Aug 2002 ] an article about Romania | leave a comment

I'm frequently asked "What is it like there in Romania?", "Anything interesting over there?", etc. Being tired of answering such questions (sometimes I don't even know what to start with), a couple of months ago I sat in front of my home computer and during several evenings wrote an article, which then got published by the argc & argv magazine for programmers. The link to the article in Russian can be found as usual, in the publications section. Eventually, if there is anyone to translate it into other languages, please contact me, for it would be very interesting. But if you wanna comment it, the feedback is welcome. Must admit I didn't pay enough attention to the news section recently, but it was only because of the summer travelling. First I spent a week in Kharkov, and tonight I'm leaving with some friends for a week-end to the Black sea-side in the city of Constanta (pronounced "Constantsa"). Would be a great pity to miss an opportunity to visit a city called like this ;) Promise to write down impressions as soon as I'm back.
