i am very curios about your programming work in general but now i have another curiosity :) : what is your actual salary ?(if GeCad couldn't satisfy it)

konst: Unfortunatelly my NDA (non-disclosure agreement) doesn't allow me to give out such an information, but logically speaking, it's what the GeCAD guys didn't accept. Having in mind the work would be in Bucharest where life is more expensive than in Maramures, here it's quite an advantage.
